Appalling customer service. Staff swear and tell customers to ‘f off’ rather than apologise for woeful customer service. There appears to have been a change in personnel and not for the better. Would recommend staff need additional training in customer service and how to handle busy periods more efficiently.

Fantastic family butchers. Superb quality produce and the team are knowledgeable about all cuts, tips for cooking and advice. Bought a fat ribeye as a treat for me and my wife a couple of weeks ago. Wow!

Absolutely ghastly customer service by the lady on the phone. I will never return to this butchers again. I am so upset by her hanging up the phone on me.

Traditional family butchers. Nothing is too much trouble. Ring ahead if you want an unusual cut but otherwise, everything a butchers should be.
