Zig-Zag Tailoring & Alterations

Shockingly poor customer service. Did not alter my garment as requested and was completely rude when I pointed this out to her, told me it was not her fault, like I went home and re-altered the garment??? Has also been rude to a friend of mine who will now never use her again. Do not use if you want a professional service.
